Situated just off the River Thames, behind the Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe, we are ideally located for celebrations in Southwark – whether you’re celebrating a birthday, an engagement, or a very special occasion, we will provide the venue, food, drinks and friendly team to make your party memorable.

We have two great private function rooms to choose from, The Elk Room and The Pickle Snug.

The Elk Room is our upstairs dining room that is suitable for parties and celebrations of all styles – from seated meals to standing events. The space accommodates up to 45 guests seated, and includes a large projector screen, projector and music system.

The Pickle Snug is our downstairs function room and restaurant area, which fits up to 30 guests seated and up to 40 guests standing. It's a wonderful space for small and intimate occasions for eating, drinking and socialising.

Food and drinks packages are available to make your party planning as easy as can be, with finger buffets available.
